Interfaith Learning and Development

چکیده

The purpose of this article is to introduce the theory interfaith learning and development scholarly community. Building on work others, authors adopted an interdisciplinary, equity-oriented approach developing theory, which also serves as basis for a framework intended guide inform practice. Development occurs through exposure participation in college experiences that help students achieve outcomes related religious, spiritual, worldview development. Outcomes specific include pluralism, self-authored commitment, appreciative knowledge religious non-religious traditions, attitudes toward narratives.
